Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Bazaarstreet Platform by business customers that connect messaging channels, onboard staff, and run messaging and operational workflows through the service.

Use of the service

Bazaarstreet Platform is intended for business use. By using the service, you represent that you have authority to act for the business account you connect and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable law, Meta platform policies, WhatsApp Business Platform requirements, and any customer consent or opt-in obligations that apply to your messaging operations.

Account security and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your workspace, including actions taken by your employees, contractors, or other invited users.

You must promptly notify Bazaarstreet if you believe your account, workspace, or connected Meta assets have been compromised or used without authorization.

Customer responsibilities

Each business customer is responsible for the accuracy of its business information, outbound messaging behavior, appointment or operational data entered into the platform, staff access controls, and any claims made to its customers through the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining valid rights to the phone numbers, Meta assets, business accounts, and other external systems that you connect to Bazaarstreet Platform.

You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining any notices, permissions, or opt-ins required for customer messaging, reminders, and follow-up communications.

Acceptable use

You may not use Bazaarstreet Platform to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, or policy-violating content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

You may not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, access data that does not belong to your workspace, reverse engineer protected service components beyond what law permits, or use the service in a way that could harm Bazaarstreet, its providers, or other users.

Platform availability

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and third-party dependencies such as Meta, hosting providers, or infrastructure vendors may affect service operation.

Bazaarstreet may suspend or restrict access where necessary to address abuse, policy violations, security issues, third-party platform restrictions, or other material risk to the service.

Third-party services and dependencies

Bazaarstreet Platform depends on third-party providers, including Meta-operated WhatsApp and onboarding flows, hosting and storage providers, and other infrastructure services selected by Bazaarstreet.

Those providers may impose separate product, policy, uptime, or eligibility requirements. Bazaarstreet is not responsible for outages, restrictions, review decisions, or account actions imposed by those third parties.

Data, records, and termination

Business customers retain responsibility for their business data and customer communications. Bazaarstreet may retain logs, audit records, callback records, and other operational data as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and investigate misuse.

Upon termination, Bazaarstreet may remove or disable access to connected messaging data and workspace records according to platform retention, backup rotation, security, and operational requirements.

Requests related to data access, disconnection, or deletion can be submitted using the data deletion instructions published by Bazaarstreet Platform.

Disclaimers and limitation

Bazaarstreet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazaarstreet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our operations, or legal requirements. The updated date on this page reflects the latest version.
